General Pass Information
- Park passes required for vehicles and stickers for boats beginning Memorial Day Weekend.
- Beach & Boat Passes may be purchased online with your credit card at OxfordRec.com (Store) and picked up at the Cove beginning Saturday, May 23rd.
- Passes may also be purchased in person at Jackson Cove beginning Saturday, May 23rd.
- All online and on-site purchases (except kayak storage) are credit card only, and require:
- Vehicle or Vessel Registration
- Resident ID
- Kayak Storage Passes go on sale TBD for 2026 and must be purchased in person at the Parks & Rec Office (462 Oxford Road)

How to purchase a Kayak Storage Spot (Residents Only)
How to Purchase:
Kayak Storage Passes must be purchased at the Oxford Parks & Recreation Office only

• Bring Driver’s License and Vehicle Registration.
Important Details:
• Spaces are first come, first serve and limited to Oxford residents only.
• Valid May 13, 2026 – November 13, 2026
• Kayaks may be placed on racks beginning May 13th and must be removed by November 13th
• Fee: $125 + 1 beach pass (non-refundable, non-transferable).
• Kayaks may only be stored at the specific location assigned by Parks & Recreation.
• Only kayaks allowed — No canoes.
• Must be stored upside down and secured with a locked strap. Use of additional bungee cords recommended.
• Kayaks may not be left on the ground, beach, or surrounding grass - racks only.
• Permit sticker must be placed on the front quarter panel, with the front end facing the water and clearly visible.
• Parks & Rec will perform random inspections. Violations may result in loss of permit and forfeiture of fees.
• The Town is not liable for vandalism or damage. Report issues to Oxford Police.
Resident Beach Pass (Residents Only)
Fee: $20 per car (Beach access only)
How to Purchase?
• Online at OxfordRec.com (Store) with your credit card
• At Jackson Cove (Mid-May through September from 7 AM – Dusk)
• At the Parks & Rec Office (The Old Center School):

Online Purchase Steps:
1. Create a household account if needed.
2. On the left menu, click STORE.
3. Choose the pass you wish to purchase:
• Resident Vehicle
• Resident Boat
• Resident Boat & Vehicle
4. Enter your license plate number (marker #).
5. Go to your cart (bottom left).
6. Click Check-Out and pay by credit card.
7. Print your receipt.
8. Bring your receipt to Jackson Cove Park with:
• Driver’s License
• Vehicle Registration
• Boat Registration
Note: This pass provides beach access only. It does not include access to the boat launch.
Military Beach & Boat Pass (Residents Only)
Eligibility: Active or Retired Military
• 1 Free Vehicle Pass
• If purchasing both a vehicle + boat pass, the fee is $40

Non-Resident Beach Day Pass
Fees (Per Vehicle):
• Mon–Thurs: $60
• Fri–Sun & Holidays: $150
(No season pass available)

Non-Resident Boat Launch Pass
Fee: $450

Picking Up Jackson Cove Passes
• Passes purchased online may be picked up at Jackson Cove Park: Mid-May through September from 7am - Dusk. (Bring required registrations).
• Kayak passes may only be purchased— and picked up— at the Oxford Municipal Annex, 462 Oxford Road, Mon–Thurs, 9 AM – 1 PM
• Passes are also sold at the Park & Rec Office • (Cash or Check only).
