Strength with a Kick
A fun and effective, 60 Minute strength and cardio workout.  
This format gives you the best of both - cardio and weights combined to maximize your results!  
Heart pumping kickboxing moves and full body weight exercises at a quick no nonsense pace.

Requires a Mat and 2 sets of Dumbbells - Light (2-5lb) and Heavy (5-10lb)
