Swim Lessons at Oxford High School
Due to high demand and limited pool time, swim lessons are available for Oxford Residents Only.
Before You Register please read below
Parent Participation
- Ages 2-3: Parent participation is required.
- Ages 4-8: Parent participation is not permitted.
No floating devices or life vests are needed.
General Information
- All swim sessions run for 6 weeks.
- Standard swim lessons: $60 per 6-week session (30-minute classes).
- Oxford Otters Ready Class: $80 per 6-week session (45-minute classes).
Oxford Otters Ready Class
This class is designed to sharpen swimming skills and build strength and technique in preparation for potential placement on the Oxford Otters Swim Team. This is NOT a beginner class.
Participants must already know their strokes and be able to swim the full length of the pool unassisted.
*Important Reminder: While swim lessons are in session, siblings are NOT permitted in the pool.
Registration Information
Registration Opens: Thursday, September 3 at 11 am
Please note:
- Registration is first come, first served.
- Space is limited in all classes.
- No advance registrations will be accepted.
- No spots will be held.
- Once a class is full, a waiting list will begin.
- Please make sure your household account is set up in advance and your child is listed in the correct age/grade to avoid registration delays.
- Be sure to read Your Guide to a Successful Swim Registration before registration opens.
Important Registration Policy
- Due to high demand and limited pool time, please register for ONE day only per student.
- Students registered for BOTH Tuesday and Thursday lessons will be CANCELLED.
