HIIT FIT is a mix of strength training and intense heart pump in’ cardio drills. Develop speed, agility, strength, endurance and flexibility through challenging strength and cardio exercises.

- Please bring a mat and 2 sets of dumbbells (2-5) & (5-10). Masks required.
