Express Kickboxing is a high energy, cardio focused workout that combines boxing, athletic training, and core conditioning. While it's designed to provide a fun, effective workout, it’s also low-impact and adaptable for all fitness levels. In just 30 minutes, you'll get a great cardio workout, burn calories, and improve your overall fitness all at a pace that’s achievable for every body

About the Instructor
Alicia Lombard has been a certified Group Fitness Instructor (NASM) since
1998. She has taught a variety of fitness classes including strength
training, cardio endurance, HITT, yoga, pilates, bootcamp, spinning, core
and more. She believes that working out together is the key to success!
Group fitness and personal training have always been a passion of hers
and she believes in nurturung the MIND, BODY & SPIRIT in each class.
