STEM Enrichment brings science, technology, engineering, and math to life through engaging, activity-based lessons. Students will spark curiosity and creativity as they explore a wide variety of hands-on STEM activities, including exciting experiments, problem-solving challenges, and interactive projects. Each week, participants will create, test, and discover while working cooperatively with peers in a fun and supportive environment.
 
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM    Kids Boot Camp - September Tuesday
Boot Camp is to teach students new exercises, proper form and technique within a circuit training boot camp workout. The boot camp will promote fun through fitness and teach students the benefits of exercise as well as create an enjoyment of being active and healthy!

Jail-Ball is a dodge-ball game that students at Great Oak Elementary play and is by far the most popular game students want to play weekly!!  Jail-ball works on students throwing, catching and dodging skills in a high energy activity that will provide students a workout and promote fair play and teamwork.

Unleash your child’s inner superstar in our vibrant Children’s Choir, designed especially for enthusiastic 4th and 5th graders! This exciting ensemble provides a fun and supportive environment where young singers can build confidence, make music with friends, and share their talents with the community. Participants will learn vocal techniques, teamwork, and stage presence while rehearsing a variety of songs in preparation for a special community performance. Whether your child is an experienced singer or simply loves to sing, this program offers a wonderful opportunity to develop skills, make new friends, and have fun! Program Details: Grades: 4 – 5 Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 3:40 PM – 5:00 PM Session Dates: September 24, 28 October 1, 5, 8, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29 November 2, 5 Performance: November 6, 2026 Snow Date: November 7, 2026 Fee: $125 per participant (fee includes all 12 rehearsals and a choir T-shirt). Performance Information: Students will prepare 6–8 songs for a 20–30 minute community concert.
