Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made five (5) business days or more prior to the start of a program will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
Cancellations made within five (5) business days of the program start date will not receive a refund unless accompanied by a valid physician’s note.
Once a program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued except under the following circumstances:
- A full refund will be granted if a written request is submitted prior to the start of the program and is accompanied by a documented physician’s note due to injury or illness.
- If a participant begins a program and is unable to continue due to injury or illness, a prorated refund may be issued with a documented physician’s note.
- If Oxford Parks and Recreation cancels a class or program due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be provided.
- There are no refunds or credits for classes or programs canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. A make-up class will be offered when possible. If a make-up cannot be provided, only then will a refund be issued.
