Trip Cancellation Policy
Terms: For Day Trips, at least half of the fee is due within two weeks of booking with the remaining balance due 45 days before date of trip. For Overnight Trips, a deposit of $100 per person is required to save your space, with remaining balance due 45 days before the trip.
Cancellation: For Day Trips,100% refunds given ONLY with at least 30 days notice before the trip date. Sorry, because reservations have to be made for lunch, hotel arrangements or to purchase tickets, etc. – once we get to the 30 day point, you will be locked in. For Overnight Trips, cancellation refunds are dictated by the host tour company as shown on flyer.
