- Requested dates are not confirmed until your request has been received and approved by Oxford Parks & Recreation. Once the office receives your request, staff will contact you to finalize the reservation.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the rental date. Failure to submit the remaining balance by this deadline may result in forfeiture of the rental agreement and any monies paid to date.
- Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Jackson Cove Pavilion Rental is for Oxford Residents only:
Weekends & Holidays: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm $175
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm $175
Whole day (10:00 a.m.-7:00 pm) $350
Week Days: 10:00 am -2:00 pm $125
3:00 pm - 7:00pm $175
Whole day (10:00 a.m.- 7:00 pm) $250
*Additional fees: $50 for 101-150 people
$100 for over 150 people
General Information
Pavilion Rental: Rain or Shine
Space: 3,000 sq. ft. covered pavilion
Capacity: 200 people with tables, 250 people maximum
Seating: 18 picnic tables (seats 8 each)
Accommodates 144 seated guests
Guests: Will receive a Guest Pass to enter and stay for the duration of the event
Water Access: Water spigot available
Grilling: Charcoal grills on-site (you may bring your own)
Food: Food trucks are welcome for your event
No refrigeration or snack shack access
Bounce Houses: Allowed but must be removed immediately following the event
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is only permitted with a Host Liquor Liability Insurance Policy of $1 million, naming The Town of Oxford as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be emailed to the office (ParkandRec@Oxford-Ct.Gov) prior to the event
Reservation & Payment Policies: Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received and you receive confirmation from the Oxford Parks & Recreation Department.
Beach, Playground, Volleyball: May be used along with the general public
Boat Launch: No Access
Deposit: 50% is due at booking
Final Payment: Due 30 days before the rental date
If unpaid by this deadline, your reservation and any payments made may be forfeited
Cancellations: If you cancel less than 30 days before your event, all payments will be forfeited
