Kids Boot Camp
Boot Camp is to teach students new exercises, proper form and technique within a circuit training boot camp workout.
The boot camp will promote fun through fitness and teach students the benefits of exercise as well as create an enjoyment of being active and healthy!
Boot Camp Information
Days/Dates: Tuesdays, Sept 22 - Oct 13 or Thursdays, Sept 24 - Oct 15
Time: 4 pm - 4:45 pm
Location: Great Oak Elementary School
Cost: $50
Instructor: Mr. Cranwell
Dismissal: Mr. C will walk students out for parent pickup
Max: 20 (waitlist opens once the class fills)
*Students will need to update dismissal in the app each week for the office.
