Barre is one of the most effective and joint-friendly ways to strengthen, tone, and improve posture without jumping, pounding, or high-impact movements.

Through small, controlled movements, you'll build strength in the muscles that support your knees, hips, and core while improving balance and flexibility.

This class is perfect for:
• Women with sensitive or painful knees
• Beginners who feel intimidated in gym settings
• Busy moms who need to stay home with kids
• Women who want a supportive, welcoming workout community

All you need:
Enjoy the motivation of a guided class while exercising in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Want to join but the day / time isn’t good for you!? All classes are RECORDED and available for viewing the following day & yours to KEEP forever!

• A chair, ankle weights (optional)
• Your computer or phone 
• A mat
• Live zoom Thursday evenings
