Leave feeling strong with this muscular endurance workout! This unique format activates the core and builds strength and muscular endurance through the use of body weight exercises and free weight training.

All levels are welcome as 
modifications will be shown.



Sculpt & Tone Class Information
Dates: Tuesdays, Feb 11 - March 4
Next Session: March 11 - April 1
Time: 6 pm- 6:45 pm
Fee: $45 Res, $55 Non-Res.
Location: Old Center Municipal Annex Building.
Instructor: Alicia
* Bring a mat, free weights 1lb, 3lb, 5lb (any weight you feel is right for you), and water

About the Instructor
Alicia Lombard has been a certified Group Fitness Instructor (NASM) since
1998. She has taught a variety of fitness classes including strength
training, cardio endurance, HITT, yoga, pilates, bootcamp, spinning, core
and more. She believes that working out together is the key to success!
Group fitness and personal training have always been a passion of hers
and she believes in nurturung the MIND, BODY & SPIRIT in each class.
