Leave feeling strong with this muscular endurance workout! This unique format activates the core and builds strength and muscular endurance through the use of body weight exercises and free weight training.
All levels are welcome as modifications will be shown.
SUMMER STRENGTH SERIES
THE METHOD: Alicia's Traditional Strength Plus Fusion Pilates approach focuses on training smarter rather than harder, using a mix of progressive overload and foundational pilates principles.
Low Impact, High Burn: The traditional strength classes use a variety of dumbbells and traditional weight training methods combined with progressive overload to build a strong foundation. The STRONG + Pilates method utilizes light dumbbells combined with mat pilates to target deep stabilizer muscles as well as major muscle groups as we create LONG lean muscles.
Balanced Fitness: It pairs well with daily walks or low-intensity cardio to prevent nervous system burn

These 30-minute workouts are designed to help you stay consistent without a specific time commitment. This program fits in when your schedule allows.
ACCOUNTABILITY is key here and we have a special group check in 2x per week to make sure you are putting the work in!

About the Instructor
Alicia Lombard has been a certified Group Fitness Instructor (NASM) since
1998. She has taught a variety of fitness classes including strength
training, cardio endurance, HITT, yoga, pilates, bootcamp, spinning, core
and more. She believes that working out together is the key to success!
Group fitness and personal training have always been a passion of hers
and she believes in nurturung the MIND, BODY & SPIRIT in each class.
