Oxford Park and Recreation will present Matilda, Jr This program aims to provide students with a unique opportunity to explore their artistic talents, foster teamwork, and enhance their confidence through musical theater. Over the course of the workshop, participants will engage in intensive workshops led by experienced professionals in acting, singing, dancing, and stagecraft. The culmination of their efforts will be a musical performance, showcasing the diverse skills and creativity of our talented students. This initiative not only contributes to the cultural enrichment of our school community but also promotes personal growth, collaboration, and a lasting appreciation for the performing arts. The proposed drama spring workshop  promises to instill a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie among participants while leaving a lasting positive impact on the Oxford School community.

Artists learn that we can make mistakes & everything will still turn out great! Even though we will all work on the same project, No Ones will ever look the same, we are all unique and beautiful! Jail Ball is a dodge-ball game that students at Great Oak Elementary play and is by far the most popular game students want to play weekly!!  Jail ball works on students throwing, catching and dodging skills in a high energy activity that will provide students a workout and promote fair play and teamwork.
