Growing up in a local family dance studio, she quickly learned her love of dance was a great way to use her creativity! She studied under many notable teachers & choreographers in NYC at Steps, Alvin Ailey, Eddie Torres Latin dance studio & Broadway Dance Center. A certified teacher and current member of Dance Educators of America in NYC. AHA Certified in First Aid/CPR. “It has brought me such joy to teach the youngest dancers and watch them grow & carry their love of dance with them throughout their lives.”

While it's designed to provide a fun, effective workout, it’s also low-impact and adaptable for all fitness levels. In just 30 minutes, you'll get a great cardio workout, burn calories, and improve your overall fitness all at a pace that’s achievable for every body

Leave feeling strong with this muscular endurance workout! This unique format activates the core and builds strength and muscular endurance through the use of body weight exercises and free weight training.All levels are welcome as modifications will be shown.
