We will be exploring asana to improve coordination, balance, strength and flexibility without focusing on a student's appearance. Students will learn meditation and mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality and build emotional strength.
Students requiring bus transportation will need to bring a note for the office each week stating they will be taking bus #9 and that they will be dropped off with Jeanne Dziewulski, Yoga By Jeanne at the old Center School Building (Board Of Ed location).
